BloomSwap is an exciting new extension to our beloved sister brand, Enliven Planters. We are expanding our horizons beyond our home in Philadelphia, to deliver vibrant and ever-changing planters to even more homes across the mid-Atlantic.
Our Journey
In 2014, Enliven Planters was founded in Philadelphia as a seasonal planter subscription company, with a mission to make our neighborhoods more beautiful and enjoyable places to live.
The overwhelming positive response in our community fueled our growth, and over the last decade, we’ve planted more than 100,000 individual arrangements, making a profound impact on the character of our city.
Expanding our horizons
Now, after 10 years of crafting stunning seasonal planters in Philadelphia, we are excited to extend our reach throughout the mid-Atlantic, from New York to Washington, D.C. With BloomSwap, instead of planting directly into clients’ planters on site, we are introducing a new line of pre-planted pots.
